We'll build the entire system for one of your offers from scratch: setting up all the tech, integrating all the automations, giving your clients or students a high-end, high-touch, and hands-free experience — from marketing to launch to onboarding to delivery to offboarding.

All the pillars. All the moving bits and pieces. One cohesive, solid, system that just works.

Rate: $5500. Turnover: approximately 4-6 weeks.

We've got a huge live event coming up and need "all hands on deck" kind of help!

All inclusive live event setup with live tech and automation support

This is the all hands on tech tier!

Live events are a ton and a half of moving pieces and coordination.

Your tech and automations touch everyone and everything (coordinating with the copywriters to set up the emails, coordinating with the speakers so they know how to share their screen!) — you need people who know what they’re doing.

We'll set up all the automations for your offer, end-to-end, from funnel to offboarding. AND be your go-to tech team as you go live.

Includes:

  • Setting up all the tech and automations for the virtual summit, including setting up your virtual venue

  • Creating a team portal and a speaker portal in Notion so everyone has a one-stop shop for all the links, materials, schedules, tutorials, everything (without having to keep emailing, "where's that thing again?")

  • Doing tech checks with the speakers to make sure there are no tech glitches during the event

  • Manning the speaker "tech hotline" so they can come straight to us for questions

  • Being live for the calls (and on call) during our work hours to coordinate with speakers, troubleshoot and put out fires, and offer tech support for your participants

  • Running point on all the tech in the background so you can focus on being present at your event

Rate: $10,000. Turnover: books 3-6 months in advance. The bigger the event, the earlier, please!

This is for you if you’re nonstop: constantly releasing new offers, or regularly launching, or you've got a business with lots of students, clients, and/or moving tech parts.

Inside this retainer, all your tech is tech-en care of. We'll build your funnels, automate your sequences, zap your zaps, troubleshoot your troubles.

We're your tech team in a bottle!

Base rate: $3000/month. 6-month minimum contract.
Maximum 3 clients a month, past clients only. Let’s see how we do with a project first, and if it’s a good fit for both of us, let’s move to a retainer!

  2. I’ll ask you for some context in the sign up form, so I have a big picture idea of what’s working and what isn’t.

  3. Come to the call with your questions! And rants! And ideas! During the call, I’ll also ask you to give me a tour of your current set up, so open up all those windows and tabs.

  4. Afterwards I’ll craft your personalized tech strategy and email it to you within 2 working days.

    I may ask for access to your tech stack so I can fiddle around inside and figure out what’s possible — you have my assurance of confidentiality and I-won’t-break-anything-iality.
