What’s a
Virtual CTO?
As Virtual Chief Tech Officer, I’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with you as your business’s strategic partner and head of your tech and automation department.
That means:
Looking at your business as a whole and finding opportunities to elevate, streamline, and scale
Leveraging tech in creative ways to hit your big goals
Designing better experiences for your clients and your team
And always, making sure you’re techin’ care of business.
How it works
You: create the vision.
We have a standing once-a-month meeting to talk about your big goals for that month.
I: draw up the blueprints
What’s the tech strategy and plan to meet those goals? I’ll prioritize them and make sure we accomplish what we need to.`
My team: builds the scaffolding
Over the next 2 days, we’ll put together the main structure for the tech and automations you need for the month.
Your team: takes it home
Your team will get a list of Action Items to finish and polish the whole setup, so they’re set for the month.
And we: do it again next month.
Between sessions, you and one team member will have access to us via Voxer, for any questions, troubleshooting, and brainstorming!

Who it’s for
