You: create the vision.

We have a standing once-a-month meeting to talk about your big goals for that month.

I: draw up the blueprints

From there, I’ll design the tech and automation strategy to meet those goals — planned and prioritized to make sure we accomplish what we need to for the month.

My team: builds the scaffolding

Over the next 2 days, my team will put together the main structure for the tech and automations you need for the month.

Your team: takes it home

I’ll give your team a list of action items to finish setting everything up (e.g. uploading emails), and maintain the tech for the rest of the month.

You’ll also get a cheatsheet or dashboard so you and your know exactly where everything is.

And we: do it again next month.

Between sessions, you and one team member will have access to us via Voxer, for any questions, troubleshooting, and brainstorming!
