As your Virtual Chief Technology Officer, I’ll take care of your business’s tech and automation department —

• Looking at your business as a whole and going, alright, what have we got here? Where can we fix, where can we clean, where can we innovate, what do we add?

• Consulting on the tech strategies and approaches we can leverage to hit your business goals

• Figuring out how we can build better (and on-brand!) experiences for your customers and for your team

• Overseeing all your tech to make sure your business is running smoothly, and that the infrastructure you have allows you to elevate, streamline, and grow.

And making sure you’re techin’ care of business.

How will working together look like?

It's a recurring intensive (where we meet for just one hour a month), so you don't have to be on top of everything every day ... to be on top of everything every day. Generally:

• Once a month, we’ll meet to touch base, catch up, and get on the same page: What’s the vision? What’s the big goal?

• Over the next 2-3 days, my team and I will get to work. What might happen in the 2-3 days? Here are some examples:

  • Building out the waitlist flow for your new mastermind

  • Optimizing your Onboarding Process to make sure it’s really taking care of your new clients

  • Figuring out what we can adjust so your team isn’t manually doing all the things

  • Making sure the tech for your course launch can take 100 new students without breaking

  • Creating tech action items for your team over the next 4 weeks

• Then you get Voxer access to me and a dedicated member of my team throughout the month for questions, troubleshooting, and brainstorming

• … And repeat!
